Okay tweeters, you were on fire at the HGTV party! My goodness, some major hate on Nina and a lot of curiosity about how the show is run. Let’s dig in:
- How does Nina escape elimination every week?
As the judges, we do not see Nina’s behavior during the process, we are ONLY judging everyone on two performances, their design performance and their hosting performance. On stage the contestants stand for sometimes over an hour and tell their truths, we listen, but again, the proof is in the pudding. What did you contribute/create/conceptualize this week and how well did you present/execute it. I’m loving this chance to get to see the back-story on everyone, we are experiencing this together. But I hear you all LOUD & CLEAR, you are not fans of Nina. I liked her during the show…whatevs
- Where did I get my jacket?
God am I glad I wore that, it was FREEZING on top of the roof, we were all literally shaking, poor Candice in her silk…ouch. So funny how there is so much banter on wardrobe, I am flattered and surprised. My jacket is from Elizabeth and James and my knickers (sounds dirty) are Vince.
- Why is Vern the main judge?
Here’s the deal people, Vern has been on the show since it’s conception and every show has to have a leader and ours, in this case, is Vern. He is an AMAZING judge, He has me rollin’ during our hours of chatter. Candice and I do speak A LOT, however, editing plays a serious role in you guys not seeing a lot of that. Sorry, not in control of that one. I may be bias, but I think the judging conversation is the most interesting part of the show.
Now, I have to prepare for the BIG trip coming up in less than a week…you guys know what I’m talking about right?

Great One…
I must say, its worth it! My link, http://candice.weblogplaza.com/,thanks haha…
